Shipping methods & times

Speed and price depends on product type and destination. We use fixed flat rates and choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment.

For orders shipped to a European destination, shipping can take between 2-5 and 5-10 business days after fulfillment. For orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions, it can be between 10-20 business days.

How does the cost of shipping work?

Fixed flat rates are standard shipping rates that are fixed and calculated based on the average shipping cost for t-shirts.
The shipping cost will be visible at the check out when selecting your shipping destination.

When adding extra items to your basket, shipping prices incur in just a slight increase.

Can orders be tracked once shipped?

All orders and shipping methods have tracking system.

Payment methods

You can use Paypal and Credit Card (Stripe) to pay for your orders.

Your order will not be shipped until the funds have been credited to our account.

What is the return policy?

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on the printing company are covered at their expense and they will arrange re-delivery of replacement goods.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order please contact us at info@newsontshirt.com before returning any products. We will submit a problem report for you.

If you need to return the items, the return address is set by default to the Printful facility and you just follow their instructions in the package.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.

Printing Methods

All our T-shirts are printed using Direct to Garment DTG Printing Method. DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is like using a regular printer, but on t-shirts.
Designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorb into the fabric.

All T-shirts are printed using Kornit series printers and inks for DTG apparel. Kornit series printers
DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and soluble in water.
They’re free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).

All orders go through our 3-step quality check before being shipped:

-An automated software checks graphics for quality before printing
-Fulfillment specialists check quality while orders print
-Final quality check after printing and curing
