Refund

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept refund.

Our refund policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse or products ordered in the wrong size so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding. 

Please for any problem you may encounter contact us at info@newsontshirt.com and we will do our best to sort it out.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you and reship the product for you. 

All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We may please ask you to double-check the shipping address you used for this order. Let us know if it was correct or send us the updated address.


If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

No delivery

If you haven’t received your order after 10 business days after the expected delivery day, get in touch with us at info@newsontshirt.com Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check it out. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. If the item is still not arriving we’ll be happy to reprint and reship the product to you again. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Returns

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Claims deemed an error on the printing company are covered at their expense and they will arrange re-delivery of replacement goods. 

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order please contact us at info@newsontshirt.com before returning any products. We will submit a problem report for you.

If you need to return the items, the return address is set by default to the Printful facility and you just follow their instructions in the package.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges.
