Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order, if is to your benefit.
Whilst this website is designed with UK customers in mind, we welcome enquiries from customers in other countries.
Please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
There are 2 ways to pay for your orders:
Paypal and Stripe
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns.
Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse or products ordered in the wrong size so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
Please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.
All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We may please ask you to double-check the shipping address you used for this order. Let us know if it was correct or send us the updated address.
If the address was incorrect, then the package will be sent back to the return address and we’ll contact you for an updated address when we receive the returned package. The package should be sent back and we’ll update the shipping address and reship it for you. Please note that you’d be responsible for the shipping costs, so let us know how you’d like to proceed.
Due to Covid and other circumstances, there have been numerous delays in shipments. Tracking links take longer than usual to update, with shipments being stuck in pre-transit. Sometimes the tracking info won’t change for over a week until the item is scanned by the carrier, or even up to the point of delivery. This doesn’t mean that your order is lost, but that it’s still being processed by the carrier the overload of shipments means shipping carriers are slower to register and ship your orders from their distribution centres.
If you haven’t received your order after 10 business days after the expected delivery day, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check it out. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. If the item are still not arriving we’ll be happy to reprint and reship the product to you again. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address is set by default to the printing facility we are using which is Printful facility and its Lidostas parks, Marupes novads, Latvia LV-2167.
When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to us.
Items shown on this website may not always be in stock.
If any of your chosen items are not in stock, you will be advised of our best estimate of availability and delivery date at the time you place your order.
Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only, may be subject to change without notice, and does not constitute a contractual obligation by Newsontshirt to supply goods by a certain date.
However, if availability is unduly delayed, we will use our best endeavours to keep you informed.

Please note that the colour of images shown on this website may be affected by the technology used to access it.
Whilst we do our best to faithfully reproduce colours, some variation may occur.
Accepting orders and security
When you place an order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you.
However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will email you as soon as we can to let you know.
All order details are confirmed by you when your order is placed, including the billing address and shipping address.
If you want to change some parameters, customer addresses, etc., please let us know as soon as possible.
We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
When you receive your email confirmation, you will have an opportunity to check these details are correct to make any amendments before the order goes into production.
You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to make any changes, after this period no changes can be made.
Newsontshirt cannot replace or refund any orders that are incorrect if they have been printed according to the details you confirmed when the order was placed.
An order will not be processed until it has been paid in full.
Orders are processed from the date and time of payment received.
Delivery and shipping costs
All prices exclude delivery costs and we ship worldwide.
Dispatch times: For orders shipped from our Europe location to a European destination, shipping can take between 3-5 and 5-10 business days after fulfilment. For orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions, it can be between 10-20 business days.
Shipping Rates: we use flat rates and live rates so you’ll see them at the checkout when placing an order.
Live rates are carrier-calculated real-time rates.
Our shipping algorithm will determine the fastest, most cost-effective, and most reliable carrier for each shipment based on these factors: where it’s fulfilled, where it’s shipping, the selected shipping method, and the shipping speeds and prices of our carriers.
All shipping methods will always have a tracking system.
Our Europe location may fulfil orders being shipped to the following countries:

Once you have clicked on the “confirm” button, it might be not possible to edit or cancel your order but contact us and we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.
We can’t guarantee though that the printing facility will accommodate a cancellation
How do I report a problem with my order?
You can report problems with an order by writing to us at email@example.com and adding a photo of the item.
All goods are examined in detail by our used printing facility prior to despatch to ensure that they leave the warehouse in perfect condition.
However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will arrange the re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.
If your goods develop a fault within 2 weeks of delivery (including goods delivered with a print or manufacturing fault), the goods may be returned for either refund in full or replacement.
In all queries relating to faulty goods, we require customers to provide photographic evidence so we can investigate the issue. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
These terms and conditions cover Newsontshirt.
We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only
Newsontshirt doesn’t assume any responsibility for copyrighted designs sent to us by the artists to be printed.
By uploading or sending a design the artists accept that they are legally authorised to manufacture products with the design in question.
By submitting an image for printing, the artists agree to the following:
“I confirm that I have the legal right to use this, and any other image submitted to Newsontshirt for printing. I agree to indemnify Newsontshirt any costs or claims which may result from Newsontshirt printing the requested image. Should a copyright holder contact Newsontshirt enquiring about the use of their intellectual property, you accept that we may pass on your details.”
Newsontshirt will never redistribute, sell, or claim rights to any artwork that you gave us to upload to this site.
When your artwork is uploaded, it’s stored using a combined Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption and is protected by a 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption.
Your artwork will only be accessed by Newsontshirt and the Printing company to fulfil your orders, and when deemed necessary to assist with support requests.

Copyrights Infringement Notification
If you believe that any content posted on the Newsontshirt Website infringes copyright, you may send us a notification including all relevant information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Copyright Notification Guidelines
Newsontshirt respects a third party’s copyright, and it is our policy to respond to all notifications about copyright infringement as established by applicable regulations.
Once the notification complying with these Guidelines is received, Newsontshirt may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material or adopt further action that we consider appropriate, including disabling a user’s account. When taking such measures, Newsontshirt will attempt to contact the party that posted the content so that they may make any statement they deem appropriate according to applicable regulations.
Copyright infringement notifications must meet the following requirements:
- The handwritten or electronic signature of the person submitting the notification.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works, a list of such works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, as well as sufficient information, to allow Newsontshirt to locate that material.
- Information to allow Newsontshirt to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if possible, an email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has reason to believe that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and true
Newsontshirt will follow the procedure provided by applicable regulations to ensure compliance with copyright.
When a proper notification complying with the conditions above is received, Newsontshirt will remove or disable access to infringing materials as soon as possible.
Newsontshirt will not necessarily send a confirmation regarding the removal/disabling.
The statements by the party that posted the allegedly infringing content must also comply with the requirements for copyrights notifications.
Note that you may be liable if the material infringes a third party’s rights, so we recommend that if you are unsure, seek legal advice.
If any of the above requirements are not fulfilled the copyright infringement notification may be invalid
